The cottage features
full insulation, double glazed windows, and heating throughout. It is specifically
designed for use at any time of year and in any weather. There is a plentiful
supply of hot water. Stored water is heated periodically during each 24-hour
period. There is a boost button to provide extra hot water if needed.
We try to run the cottage so you don’t need to bring half your own house
with you. If you have used self catering accommodation before you will know
exactly what we mean! We provide all bed linen, bath towels for each guest,
hand towels in the bathrooms, and tea towels in the kitchen. A cot and high
chair are available if needed. We even provide coal for the fire and logs for
the wood burning stove.
OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE. All heating, lighting, power, hot water, fuel, and
linen are included. We hope that all you need to bring are your family or friends,
your clothes and food.
The only thing you can pay for is the payphone and this is set at BT rates.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY PART OF THE
PROPERTY.
