One twin room is on the ground floor.

All beds provided with duvets (comforters),
electric blankets, bed linen and bedside lights. Adequate wardrobe and drawer space in all
bedrooms. Cot if required.

Sitting Room

Settees and easy chairs for eight, colour TV, Hi-fi with CD and tape player, pay-phone, open fire.

Horse House Sitting Room

Wicker furniture, wood burning stove, bookshelf and books, access to terrace through French doors.

Kitchen

Gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave oven, larder fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates utensils cups and glasses for eight,
large table and eight chairs, high chair. Wood burnng stove.

Entrance Lobby

With coat hanging facilities.

Utility Room

Washing machine, tumble dryer, Additional fridge with 5cu ft freezer.

Bathroom

Bath with shower, hand basin, WC.

Shower Room

Electric Shower, Wash hand basin, WC, disabled aids.

Heating is by electric storage radiators, downflow heaters, open fire and wood burning stoves.
Water is heated in a 30 gallon electric immersion tank.

Dogs are allowed by agreement. A small charge is payable for this.

Due to some regrettable incidents, it has become necessary to introduce a returnable damage deposit
